Query about purchase

I contacted a seller yesterday morning via the website to query a purchase but have not gotten a response.

Could you tell me how I may receive a response? Is it via phone call, mail or message? And is there any other way to contact the seller?

Sean when they respond to your message you will get an email notification and see it under your message section.
